METG : Station reference position gap

There is a discontinuity in the position time series of METG station (Finland) since 2022-09-01. This is due to maintenance on antenna mast. Indeed, one screw attached to the concrete foundation was very loose and has been tightened, generating this displacement. New sitelog has been submitted to IGS/EUREF.
